Always great service and hold themselves accountable for the services they provide. My lawn looked awful and had many different types of weeds. A year later,-my lawn looks green and beautiful. I recommended TruGreen to friends who are now using their services, as well. Agents that perform the service always ring the bell and ensure we know what they are about to perfom before they start and after.

I hired TruGreen for lawn care and had a terrible experience. They serviced my lawn only once. The second visit was marked as completed, but no one showed up. For the third visit (for compensating the second one), their vehicle sat in front of my house for five minutes and then left without anyone getting out.
Now I'm being charged for both 2nd and 3rd missed visits. Thankfully, my Ring camera footage confirms what happened.
If you use TruGreen, check your camera footage to make sure the work you're being billed for is actually being done.

I was no at home during this service, while I saw his service performed from my house Ring system. He did an excellent job! He sprayed that covered all the grass yard. I am very satisfied and trust his service and would like to give a Five-stars for him!

We've had service for the last 2-3 years now and our experience overall has been positive. Service has been good and we receive what is always described. The only problem that we have is that when it comes to treatments, I've noticed there are times when they spot treat only - meaning they don't treat the entire lawn. For the price we pay, we expect the whole lawn to be treated, not just certain parts. If that's the way business is done, the company should make that clear when advertising/selling their services. Other than this, service has been good.
