Awesome customer service with good results. I’ve been using TruGreen for less than a year now, and the results have been fantastic. My lawn was patchy and full of weeds, but now it’s thick, green, and healthy. The technicians are always professional, and I appreciate the detailed updates after each visit. VERY poor service - or better no customer service. Signed up for their lawn care service and got written letter confirmation. also at the first tech that came out he said it was me second service - which was wrong I called the office as instructed in the letter and said I could not be connected to a supervisor of manager because they do not have phone numbers. I set up a follow on appointment for the lawn assessment but got a visit and comment i had brown spots in my lawn. Wow rocket science - that is why i called and wanted a service to tell me what was wrong and how to fix it.
Set up and appointment and approx. time but no one showed up. No call or email postponing the appointment so I sat around all day waiting.
I called back and they said they postponed it - but no one told me. they did not put on the scheduled service. by now i have not confidence in the honesty or integrity of the company
After about 5 calls later finally got a call back with the lady said we do not send people out to customers
Bottom line their service is a scam They do not care about residential customers and they outright lie to you

I WILL NEVER USE TruGreen's services again, nor will I recommend them to family, friends, or colleagues. In April/May 2024, my lawn was thriving and healthy. My lawn service representative suggested starting a weed service, so I chose TruGreen. I live in my late mother's home, where she had briefly used TruGreen's services in the past. During the initial consultation, a knowledgeable representative recommended that I also subscribe to shrub/tree services for an additional fee. By May 2024, my lawn was lush and dark green, the result of two years of diligent care by my lawn service rep and me. However, in June 2024, dry patches appeared, persisting even after I canceled the service and asked TruGreen to devise a plan to repair the damage. By the end of June, my lawn had deteriorated further, now resembling a straw field. Despite numerous discussions with various representatives since June, the issue remains unresolved. The entire backyard is now dead, even though the temperature has changed. I've spoken to supervisors who promised that someone would assess my yard for repairs, but instead, another person came to my home and started another treatment without my consent or a prior discussion. I've repeatedly requested a direct conversation with a TruGreen representative to formulate a recovery plan. While TruGreen readily accepted my payments, they have been slow to address the damage to my lawn. I am now contemplating legal action as the next course of action..

Today, March 19, 2025 I had my lawn aerated by a gentleman and his partner. Derrick did an outstanding job in the services he provided today. He is extremely detailed and understands the value of providing high quality service. Derrick
was also very professional. I would recommend his service to any client.

A Tree Lover myself, the service received from TruGreen was exceptionally informative and educational too! Who knew weeds can creep through the underground traveling to? Pretty Please weeds leave my green grass alone, just leave enough for these feet to walk on and on passing through to say “Hello ❤️ Mr. Tree, need a hug 🤗 or two!” 1💚 ha ha a Chews On Beets Allergies Like @Tai_sound 💙
