My dad had his yard taking care of by a technician named ‘Karston’. He was very knowledgeable, kind and had answers to every question my dad had. My dad was very pleased with his services and told Karston he wants him to come back every time. We have had great service with Tru Green BUT we had EXCELLENT service with Karston. He is very good at what he does. If you have a chance request the technician Karston to come out and enjoy the excellent service and any questions you have I bet he can answer for you!!! GREAT JOB KARSTON and thank you for keeping my dad in good spirits.

True green is horrible. Their service AND their staff. Countless times I have had to contact them after EACH service because their staff NEVER knows what to do and how to do it. I swear these people hire just about anyone.
They never service the lawn correctly and THIS time they broke all few of our solar lights.
You know what shows you how bad their customer service is? Their staff STARES AND WATCHES the lights go down and doesn’t do anything about it. They just leave it like that.
This is my last year with True Green.

We've had service for the last 2-3 years now and our experience overall has been positive. Service has been good and we receive what is always described. The only problem that we have is that when it comes to treatments, I've noticed there are times when they spot treat only - meaning they don't treat the entire lawn. For the price we pay, we expect the whole lawn to be treated, not just certain parts. If that's the way business is done, the company should make that clear when advertising/selling their services. Other than this, service has been good.

I WILL NEVER USE TruGreen's services again, nor will I recommend them to family, friends, or colleagues. In April/May 2024, my lawn was thriving and healthy. My lawn service representative suggested starting a weed service, so I chose TruGreen. I live in my late mother's home, where she had briefly used TruGreen's services in the past. During the initial consultation, a knowledgeable representative recommended that I also subscribe to shrub/tree services for an additional fee. By May 2024, my lawn was lush and dark green, the result of two years of diligent care by my lawn service rep and me. However, in June 2024, dry patches appeared, persisting even after I canceled the service and asked TruGreen to devise a plan to repair the damage. By the end of June, my lawn had deteriorated further, now resembling a straw field. Despite numerous discussions with various representatives since June, the issue remains unresolved. The entire backyard is now dead, even though the temperature has changed. I've spoken to supervisors who promised that someone would assess my yard for repairs, but instead, another person came to my home and started another treatment without my consent or a prior discussion. I've repeatedly requested a direct conversation with a TruGreen representative to formulate a recovery plan. While TruGreen readily accepted my payments, they have been slow to address the damage to my lawn. I am now contemplating legal action as the next course of action..

I hired TruGreen last year. The sales person stated that TruGreen will ensure grass on my lawn even in the shaded areas. I purchased their service to include overseeding; After the applications, I found out that TruGreen can not ensure grass will grow in the shaded areas and the moss on my lawn would also prevent grass to grow. I called a few times, and the regional manager came down. He agreed that the grass would not grow and it would take several years to have grass. Fortunately, I talked with a local lawn person and by next spring I had grass, even in the shaded areas. Please see the picture.
