I recently had extensive electrical work done throughout my home, and they exceeded my expectations in every way. The scope of work included fan installation, ambient step lighting for my staircase, recessed lighting in both my kitchen and living room, a TV outlet box, and additional receptacle installation. Every single job was completed professionally and correctly.
What really impressed me was finding that rare combination of reasonable pricing and genuine expertise. They clearly knew what they were doing, which gave me complete confidence in the work. Beyond the technical skills, scheduling was straightforward, communication was excellent throughout the process, and they even cleaned up thoroughly after each visit. If you’re looking for an electrician who delivers quality work at fair prices without the hassle, I highly recommend True Quality. They’ve earned my business for any future electrical needs.

We had Mark and Josue from True Quality Electric working on our old pre-1975 wiring, and these guys were incredible. They spent the entire morning troubleshooting what turned out to be a ridiculously complicated electrical setup. We’re talking about a house with wiring that could make anyone’s head spin, breakers popping left and right.
Mark and Josue didn’t just handle it—they tackled it like true pros. They methodically split the entire system to figure out what was going wrong, dealing with the maze of four-wire connections on recessed lights and everything in between. It took hours, but they stayed patient, professional, and frankly, pretty amazing the whole time.
In the end, they got everything working smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier. These guys turned a nightmare into a success story. If you’ve got a tricky electrical job, Mark and Josue are the team you want.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with an electrician. We hired Mark to take care of several electrical tasks (running new wire, installing new fixtures, rewiring breaker box to name a few) and I’m so pleased with the work he’s done for us. He was communicative, fair, good value, and just an overall nice pleasant person to deal with. He was also very careful/tidy and didn’t cut into the walls more than what was necessary, which is always appreciated. Would recommend to others without reservation and will absolutely use again in the future. Thanks Mark!

We recently had our electric panel replaced. Permits came in late and winter weather delayed work twice. But in the end, True Quality Electric came through with excellent quality work at a very reasonable price. Mark is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We're very happy.

I had a really concerning experience involving this business while driving on I-66. One of their drivers was behaving recklessly and nearly caused a serious accident. They came dangerously close to rear-ending a Volkswagen directly in front of me, forcing multiple cars—including mine—to react quickly to avoid a collision.
What made the situation even worse was the driver’s behavior afterward. He flipped off the driver in front of him and then suddenly cut across three lanes of traffic because he almost missed his exit. It was extremely dangerous and completely unprofessional. The driver was wearing a reddish/orange sweatshirt and a black hat, which should help identify him.
This kind of careless and aggressive driving puts everyone on the road at risk. Businesses should take responsibility for ensuring their drivers operate vehicles safely and professionally. I strongly urge the company to address this issue before someone gets seriously hurt.
