I'm a little embarrassed that it's taken me this long to write a review but, you know, life...it happens. Luke Mitchell is absolutely amazing! He did a major overhaul of my house...new siding, new windows, faux stone foundation, new shutters...and it turned out better than I could've ever imagined. He's honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and stands behind his work. I first reached out to him late summer of 2021 for an estimate. He came out right away, was on time, listened to my needs, and answered all of my questions. Between COVID and the resulting materials shortage that happened universally, Luke pushed through it. He stayed on top of my order, working with the Alside company until everything was successfully delivered. Where a lot of contractors would've taken advantage of this situation by increasing the price, Luke stuck with our original agreement through it all. I could not be happier with his and his crew's work ethic and performance. He even replaced my entire gutter system for free, which I didn't ask for, but happily accepted! He's very meticulous about his work as well, which is good because I'm picky! If you're looking for a great contractor who's honest and ethical, he's the one! I very highly recommend him. Luke came back after our misunderstanding and installed my gutters. My house looks new again and he and his guys did a great job. This is someone you want to work with. Someone who can put his ego aside and work with people for better results.

I called Top Dog during the recent wind storm (Fri) to schedule an estimate because I knew all of the roofing contractors would be slammed. Luke was out the next afternoon (Sat) with a quote less than I anticipated. He estimated he could get to me within the week. This morning (Sun) he called to tell me his crew would be out today to take care of the repair. Excellent job and customer service. I always go for the small businesses first.

Luke and team did a great job! Part of my project had to go through insurance and Luke was very patient and knowledgeable. His expertise helped get the approval for an entire detached garage roof replacement instead of just a “patch” job. We also had all our gutters and downspouts replaced. All in all, Luke is a great person and Top Dog Home Pro is a great company!

Top Dog is an excellent company!! We were looking for a company to replace our roof, siding, trim, gutters, etc. We received multiple quotes and Luke was not only competitive with his pricing, he was also very attentive to all that we requested and followed up multiple times to see if we had any questions. The crew was great- very hard working and professional. The quality of their work is excellent and theit clean up professional. We highly recommend Top Dog - just call for an estimate and when you meet Luke and Billy you will be convinced as well!! And we loved giving business to a local company where the owners grew up here as well!!
Update*** We had all this work done in 2018, and just recently we had the handle break on our storm door due to freezing temperatures. I contacted Luke to see if he could give me the name of the company for the door that he installed so I could order a new handle. Not only did Luke order the handle for me, when it arrived he came over to my house and installed it for me. The service that this company provides is outstanding, and Luke helped me without hesitation and just took care of my problem. Please consider them for your next home project - they really are a 5 star company!!!
