Soooo... i found this location because of a $29 promotion on Facebook. I had a chrio for a long time in DE and love the practice. Honestly, the chiropractors seem to have a softer touch, except for the gentlemen who works Tues, Wed and Thursday in the back table lol, he was very hands on and I enjoy that level of work.
So after my first adjustment I took the advice from Dr and was going to come a couple times, and a monthly plan of $89 was offered. You get 4 sessions a month ago that wasn't bad but then to sweeten the deal the girl at the front desk said for (I think $50) more you can get an extra 4 sessions this month. I said great! I signed up.
A month goes by and I want to ensure I do not get renewed. They told me I had a month commitment. So my initial reaction was "OH the person who signed me up never told me that, or I woke have said no"
I live in Vienna, VA and never wanted a chiropractor that far away but I liked the 1 month deal.
To me this was a very simple misunderstanding, it happens all the time to all businesses, except that it's when I recieved absolutely 0 help. Everyone who i spine with after calling in 3x said "oh so unfortunately I see that the person who signed you up is this person and I know they would have told you that"
So that was off, the front desk basically telling me I am lying to then. So I wrote an email to Lisa the GM over a week ago and still no response.
I spoke to Cathy most recently, and she was short with me.
I highly recommend every new patient go somewhere else. Honestly, the $29 promotion was not worth this headache. 3 phone calls, one email to the GM, and still no help.
The chiropractors were all very nice though. Too bad

The team was absolutely amazing! Joanna at the front desk was so friendly, warm, and welcoming! She instantly eased my anxiety about visiting the chiropractor for the first time. I felt heard, understood, and cared for, and when I stood up afterward, I genuinely felt like a new person! The entire staff makes you feel right at home, and the best part is that it’s affordable! Highly recommend!

Johanna at the front desk of The Joint Chiropractic in Woodbridge is truly exceptional. Her customer service is top-tier: she’s patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She is the true epitome of service first and completely solution-oriented.
Johanna took the time to brainstorm different options with me so I could continue my care with TJC in a way that genuinely worked best for my situation. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed - only supported and understood. And what a kind way she had of interacting with me ❤️.

Very friendly and professional office staff and Treating doctors. I was impressed with the time and care that Dr Rohan put into addressing my concerns. I will absolutely be coming back for more much needed and greatly appreciated adjustments.

I had a wonderful experience at The Joint! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The receptionist was incredibly professional, positive, and friendly, making me feel at ease right away. Dr. Peter was fantastic—he took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my concerns and clearly explained a personalized care plan. I felt confident in his expertise and cared for throughout the visit. They have affordable membership or visits. Highly recommend!”
