As a homeowner in King William County, Virginia, I recently had the pleasure of working with Wayne from Trusted Roof Systems on my roof replacement. Upon removing the old shingles, Wayne identified significant damage to the roof deck and the need to relocate two vent pipes. He promptly addressed these issues, replacing half of the roof deck and installing GAF WeatherWatch leak barrier and GAF Tiger Paw synthetic felt. Despite not having time to install the shingles before a severe rainstorm, the protective measures held up remarkably well, there were no leaks whatsoever. I highly recommend Wayne and Trusted Roof Systems for their professionalism, expertise, and their quality of work.

Great communication; clear and very informative. Excellent and expedient work. Punctual and responsive. Our church had our gutters cleaned by Wayne and his team and they did an amazing job. You can see in the before and after pictures. Setting up our routine cleaning with them. Would definitely recommend.

My experience with Wayne and RateBreaks Construction was awesome.
I had never met Wayne until two weeks AFTER my roof was replaced. You see, I live in Kansas and my home is in Dumfries, VA. My property manager told me she suspected roof damage and suggested I connect with RateBreaks Construction. That’s what led me to Wayne.
Since I couldn’t be present at the home, I trusted Wayne. And his integrity and professionalism paid off. My insurance company was happy to interact with him and exchanged information freely. And, Wayne fought for those things that were necessary to do the job properly and to code.
Wayne reviewed insurance paperwork and offers and quickly drafted the supplemental proposals to ensure things were done right the first time...and they were always approved by my insurance company. Furthermore, Wayne kept me informed every step of the way and let me make the necessary decisions.
