We just had Root Electric install our Tesla Wall Connector at our home here in Stafford and I honestly could not be happier with how it turned out. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, everything felt smooth and professional.
They showed up on time, explained exactly what they were doing, and made sure the installation was clean and done right. You can tell they take pride in their work. The charger looks great on the wall and works perfectly. It is so nice waking up every morning with a full charge.
What I appreciated most was how easy they made the whole process. No stress, no surprises, just solid work and good communication the entire time.

I have used Root Electric for one large job and several small ones. I recommend the firm highly. Bill Root often calls customers personally. They are efficient, adhere to a schedule, courteous and prices are reasonable. Andy has done a great job for me recently, including an emergency call which prevented some potentially serious damage. From start to finish, Bill Root, Root Electric and their crew were all fantastic! Unlike other local companies that either no-showed or gave vague, inflated estimates, Root Electric provided a clear scope of work, extremely competitive pricing, and excellent communication throughout --
Bill Jr. especially went above and beyond, was quick to answer any and all the questions and concerns I had. And he answered them promptly and professionally. They never overpromised. Instead, they were straightforward and made sure I understood what was being done and why.
His crew were punctual, worked extremely efficiently, and treated my home like it was their own. Their honesty and reliability made all the difference after dealing with less dependable contractors in the past.
If a friend or neighbor asked me who to hire, Root Electric would be my recommendation. I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again.
