Seven years ago PWHI installed my deck on my home. I got a call from them to see if I needed any improvements or could they come out and give me a free estimate on a deck upgrade. I asked for Nick Rodriguez. Nick came out and my first words were "Bruh I ain't doing that" Well what had happen was, Nick showed me a screened in deck, got my attention, introduced me to his teammate Cra'Shae Curry, who worked extra hard getting the project started after a few HOA roadblocks. In the end, I ended up with a fabulous screened in deck installed by PWHI. Special shout out to the whole crew, Patti McConnell, Angel Manzanares, and the rest of the team that made this project go smoothly. I will definitely enjoy my summer!

Overall, we are very satisfied with the final product and the service we received. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is to highlight the lack of communication at certain points during the project. We did encounter a few issues along the way, but they were resolved quickly and efficiently. We absolutely love our new deck and are happy we chose to work with Prince William Home Improvement. I’ve attached a few photos to show the entire process from start to finish.

I am very pleased with the customer service we received from the beginning to the end of our deck project. First Muhammad came into our home and was very personable and knowledgeable. Muhammad walked our yard while listening to what we wanted and needed! Then we had Olivia with her relentless pursuit dealing with our HOA to get our approval that the county had already approved!! Once we got the approval from Landmarc the crew came in and finished our deck in three days. The deck engineers were very professional and on time everyday.
We will go back to Prince William Home Improvement for all our home improvements needs.

Prince William Home Improvement has done an awesome job with my patio enclosure project. Quality and professionalism was outstanding. I was informed daily by the project management team as to what would be happening each. They definitely exceeded all of my expectations.

We love our new deck. Everything went according to plan. So nice to have someone else do all the paperwork and the physical labor involved. The crew was amazing. The yard was all cleaned up when they finished. Our family is so envious ! Thanks again everyone for our gorgeous new deck.
