Frank did an awesome job installing our new gas lights on both sides of our front door, plus a gas lantern by the driveway. Everything turned out beautifully — the lights look amazing and really add character to the house. He was on time, super friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. He even took the time to walk me through how everything works before he left.

After dealing with an ongoing water heater issue for over a month and getting nowhere with other plumbers, I submitted a request and was quickly contacted by Frank. He was patient, took the time to really listen to my situation, clearly explained my options, and even brought up something I hadn’t considered — the possibility that my water heater was still under warranty. He was willing to check that first, which could have significantly reduced the repair cost. I was also able to get scheduled for the very next day.
Brad came out for the service call and was equally impressive. He was professional, knowledgeable, and ultimately able to solve the problem. I had an emergency leak with my water heater and thought it was too late in the day to get help. I called Precision Plumbing and Gas, and in less than 15 minutes, Frank arrived to assess the situation. He quickly checked the issue and provided a clear estimate.

Called Precision Plumbing & Gas to get an estimate for a leak and Frank (the owner) picked up and was able to come out to assess my leak. No dispatch fee. Eventually, he came out again to fix my leak. He was honest, calm, patient, and professional. Explained everything to me. Frank was really easy to talk to and it felt like a neighbor helping me out. Would recommend.

Brad came to my house on the same day I called the company and repaired a piece of copper pipe and a valve that were leaking from under my kitchen sink on the main level into the basement below. He was very polite. He did the job quickly and the price was reasonable.
