I had a hot water tank leak a few weeks ago and was afraid that by the time I got help my wood floors would be ruined. I called and they came right away. The job was a little tricky because of the old tank's size and placement but they resolved issues and got the job done. The service and work were excellent and I am very pleased with results. They were just back again for a pipe and toilet repair and I will definitely call them again in the future.

Reid came highly recommended to us and we have very joyfully worked with him for about 3 years. He is incredibly honest, kind, smart, innovative (to address your problems with creative solutions), and VERY RESPONSIVE. Let me give you a few of many examples. First, when we first met him, he listened to our water issues and developed a very effective system customized to our needs and backed up all his suggestions with data from the local water department and other water studies. Also, when I shared my concern that the brine tank looked too heavy if I ever had to move it, Reid, on his own initiative, built an innovative, compact trolley so that I could move it with NO EFFORT! Second, when I needed to clean our brine tank and I could not figure out how to disassemble it, he moved his schedule to allow me to come to his office and he explained the whole process, disassembled the system, and cleaned it (and waited for me to add my own cleaning method). Third, whenever I have a question, I text Reid and he IMMEDIATELY answers, no matter the day of week or weekend, and no matter the time of day, morning or evening. This is not something he does just for me, he is very committed to ensuring he exceeds expectations for all his customers. Reid, James, and their team have been great to work with. They've installed a Whole House Water Filter (a HomeMaster which I purchased online) and a Navien Tankless Water Heater in our home , both of which are working well. Plus they have provided hours of research and advice on the best solutions for our unique issues. Their knowledge and experience in the area of Water Filters and specifics about Water Heaters was invaluable, and they've definitely gone above the call of duty for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbers, especially if you need someone to navigate the complexities of water filtration.

Our well pressure tank failed and I was trying to find one that was from the same manufacturer. The manufacturer's website indicated that Northern Virginia Plumbing Services sold them. When I called I spoke with Reid and he told me they had a brand new tank(not from the same manufacturer) and that he would provide it to us for free, but that it needed a part I could get at a hardware store.
We agreed to meet the next morning and true to his word Reid showed up and gave me the tank. Over the course of the day, he checked in to see how we were progressing in getting the new tank installed. We completed the project but were still having some issue and I texted Reid on Saturday night. He called us back and gave us a suggestion that we will try. If things aren't working like they should I'll be calling Northern Virginia Plumbing Services to do a service call and get things working correctly.
This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with a trades company. For any plumbing issue we have from now on we'll be calling Northern Virginia Plumbing Services to handle them.
