Geoff solved a very complicated plumbing issue in our house, as well as replaced the water heater and installed a filtration system. After seeking out advice about how to address an issue with our swear ejector pump, Geoff figured out a reasonable, efficient and cost effective solution. We finally have our basement plumbing running again. Geoff communicated and explained the nature and extent of this project. He kept his workspace neat and completed everything quickly. 👍👍Cristian Tobar of My Plumber Plus👍👍 diagnosed a leaky water drain for my washer, demoed three areas as possible access points from which to repair it, tested the washer with the leaking water drain and then with the new drain, and completed the work all within approximately 4 hours. So impressed that he is this good and made space for me on a very busy pre-snowstorm schedule. Best plumber ever even with a challenging job like this!✅

I received outstanding HVAC inspection and UVA lighting installation by Brooks Miller today. 5 stars are not enough for him. He showed me his findings, made recommendations, corrected issues, explained processes and even helped to arrange financing!! His knowledge and willingness to ensure customer satisfaction is to be commended. Thank you for a job well done. I truly hope he will be sent again if I need HVAC service in the future🤝

This was my second time having My Plumber technician Bill Turgeon at my home, and once again he delivered outstanding service. Bill was friendly, courteous, and professional from start to finish. He clearly explained the issue and the work required up front, replaced the part under warranty efficiently, and left everything spotless when he was done. Cory and Jeremy did a phenomenal job with excavating to fix my water main line leak. They also discovered a sewer leak, which would have been disastrous later down the line, so I’m grateful they brought this to my attention.
Both were remedied same day, with restoring my driveway the next day. Many thanks to MyPlumberPlus, especially the crew that came to my house.
