I had a wonderful experience with Esau. He was very polite and knowledgeable. My water softener system totally crapped out on us. We had to have a new one installed. He let me know every step of the process and what was going on. Which I really appreciate. We had a new system installed the same day as the initial inspection. I’m very, very pleased with this service and we will definitely be using them again.

My furnace would not turn on and the house was cold. I contacted My Plumber Plus. The response I got was immediate and extremely helpful. The technician, Mr. Eason, arrived as promised and professionally diagnosed the problem and offered me the solution. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and polite. We were able to reach affordable financing and he was able to fix the problem. We had heat in the house again. I give Mo'Rease Eason and My Plumber Plus a perfect score across the board and highly recommend them.

Dawit was great! Professional and able to answer all my questions. Great attitude! Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Duct cleaners were excellent also. They kept me informed and cleaned up after themselves. The only problem was that my storm door got damaged during duct cleaning setup.
I also had the pleasure of doing business with Damond the plumbing specialist. He did a thorough plumbing inspection. He was very knowledgeable and patient while answering all my questions. He worked tirelessly until the job was completed to his satisfaction..a true perfectionist. He did a great job and cleaned and swept after he was done! I am absolutely satisfied with the service he provided.

Had a very bad leak outside due to the cold weather and come to find out my shut off valves were not working! My first call was to My plumber who sent out tech Mr Browner, I informed if they give me a good estimate that I would not call anyone else. They worked diligently with negotiations and I ended up replacing 5 water valves, during the process I was informed of cross contamination in my hot-water heater due to previous installation. Mr Browner was very informative and professional of how serious the situation was, he immediately did the repair up to code. I recommend giving my plumber a call for your next service.
