Initially an inspection for leaks due to Loudoun Water high usage. They determined the source of the leaks on the first visit so we are very happy. Milton and Dan were excellent and very efficient and professional.

Kinnett is a fantastic company. Responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dan is an amazing plumber. He is highly skilled and does great work. He quickly found a tiny leak in our ceiling and promptly fixed the problem. He replaced a bathroom faucet in the same visit. We really appreciated that he had a replacement fixture in his truck, because the fixture we had ordered online did not fit. While here, he also flagged an issue with our water shutoff valve that we were unaware of. We can’t say enough good things about Kinnett! Highly recommend.

Milton came out the day after Christmas to assess the situation with our hot water tank and said we needed a new one. He and his helper were here early on Saturday morning and replaced the 40-gallon tank with a 50-gallon tank and ran new lines, had to cut into some flooring, etc. They did a great job and left the area spotless and were finished by the early afternoon. They did great work!
