The service technician (Jose) arrived within 90 minutes of my request for the service call. He was courteous, efficient and very professional. He made several helpful recommendations and completed the projects within a few hours. Afterwards he conducted a walkthrough of his work and answered our questions. I was very pleased with his ability, attitude and service. I will use J&S Electric in the future and recommend them to my friends.

I had an electrical issue that needed prompt attention. I found J&S online and gave them a call. Sara was very polite and was able to book me an appointment for the same day. She actually called me back to offer an earlier appointment that opened up, very kind of her. The technician arrived just before the scheduled time and got right to it. After a short discussion and investigation he was able to diagnose the issue. He actually also had time to fix another issue as well. All at very fair pricing. We discussed panel upgrade options and he was very informative and made sound recommendations.
Highly recommend J&S. Will 100% call them for any future electrical issues, and you should, too!

J&S Electric did an outstanding job replacing my old electrical panel with a brand-new one, all completed in just one day. The work was inspected by Prince William County and passed inspection with no issues, which really shows the quality and professionalism of their work. I’ve also had previous non-electrical work done around my home, including fixing a utility door and repairing a hole in my shed roof. Jose was an amazing technician—efficient, professional, and everything was completed quickly while still looking great. Highly recommend J&S Electric for any electrical or home repair needs.
