Late at night around 11 PM, I noticed water leaking from the pipe behind my toilet. I tried tightening the faucet/valve myself, but the leak only got worse and water started pouring out even more. I called several 24/7 plumbers, but everyone said they could only come the next morning. This company was the only one able to come immediately.
Thankfully, their office was only about 10 minutes away. As soon as I sent my address, the plumber headed over right away and quickly started working on the issue.
At first, I thought it was just a visible pipe problem, but the plumber checked further and noticed moisture inside the wall. He recommended opening the wall to inspect it, and we discovered that water had already leaked into the drywall and the pipe needed to be replaced.
Thanks to their fast response, professionalism, and thorough work, the situation was resolved quickly before it became an even bigger problem. I really appreciate their help and would highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with this company. My kitchen sink was fully clogged and they came out within a few hours to help. The guy was very friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to get our sink in good working order right away. The cost was very reasonable too. I will definitely call them again if needed. Happy was immediately with their response and able to set up an appointment within a day. Darrell Nixon arrived on time, analyzed and located the problems quickly. Within 2 hours, the job was complete. Darrell worked cleanly and communicated clearly. It was an easy encounter with a new vendor and I will use them for my plumbing needs in the future.

We hired The Happy Drain Guys for a major home upgrade and couldn't be more satisfied. The scope was extensive: 4 toilets replaced, bathroom floors re-tiled, two cabinet sinks installed, wall sconces and bathroom fans put in across 4 bathrooms, all electrical outlets and switches in the entire house replaced, multiple faucets and supply lines swapped out, and a new kitchen faucet installed. They handled everything seamlessly.
What stood out was the lead contractor’s hands-on involvement. He was on-site regularly, checking on his crew and pitching in himself. His workers were reliable, showed up when expected, and clearly knew their craft. When we were unsure about decisions, they gave practical, honest advice rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear.
These guys are capable of building a house from the ground up, so there's really nothing they can't handle. We'll absolutely be using them again.
