DBS Plumbing and Drain provided absolutely incredible service. We had a severe blockage that we have been trying to remove for two years. Every other plumber we called previously failed to clear it due to a lack of knowledge and the right tools.
I contacted DBS and they came out the same day. Our technician Aaron was excellent, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He snaked and camerad the drain, successfully locating and pulling out a microfiber towel that had been causing the block this whole time. He also took the extra time to help us locate where our exterior T is supposed to be.
Aaron completely solved a major problem that other companies could not. Highly recommend DBS and Aaron for any plumbing needs.

DB's Plumbing and Drain came highly recommended to us by our HVAC company Brennan's. DB's did not disappoint. From my initial call, they were respectful, courteous and responsive! They were able to schedule our plumber, Mike C. for a same day appointment and even called back to see if he could come earlier since he finished his previous appointment sooner, which helped our schedule immensely!
Mike C. was kind, respectful and very professional. His technical knowledge with the interdependencies of treating our issue with our water heater was extremely helpful. He also helped us with separate issue regarding a leaking pipe in another room. He made sure to protect our carpet with a drop cloth, found the issue immediately and had it repaired within 30 mins. He left the space as he found it... clean! Mike C. is a great person to represent the company and clearly is a cornerstone of excellence. I give DB's 5 stars! Well worth the call!

Plumbing Tech-Mike did a Clean and Professional job of replacing my water heater. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and his Craftmanship is Top Shelf. Thank you for doing the job the right way! The Technicians involved were very instrumental in getting my factory warranty approved quickly with State Select and getting the install done within 24 hrs. of equipment failure. This was a Labor only job with the Water Heater being provided by State under Warranty.
All in All they did an Outstanding installation job.Thank you.
