We had a electric tankless water heater combined with a whole house filter installed in our condo about 5 months ago. They always take pride in their work and want to do the job right. When a part was delayed they let me know and changed the install date accordingly. They helped me figure out what whole house filter would work and guided me away from a poor choice I almost made. When they first came I had not reserved the loading dock and they totally took it in stride and came back another day. John and his crew were extremely professional and got the job done in the expected time. A few months later we noticed the water was not as hot as we remembered. They came back and found a problem in the wiring that they admitted they just missed and fixed it right away. You rarely find such honest people today and I couldn't recommend them more!! They are fantastic!

We used 1st Stop Mechanical to replace a sewer line at a property we own. They met with me, gave us a fair price, and did the work quickly. My wife and I were impressed. We decided to consider them for our future needs.
We called yesterday (during icing and snow) because our HW heater appeared to be leaking. John came out this morning and stated it was not the heater, but the humidifier. Excellent service and response. Our propane hot water heater finally gave up the ghost, and 1 Stop Mechanical gave us an immediate phone estimate for a replacement. A competitor of theirs had given us a significantly lower estimate, but when we investigated it the other company had low-balled it and immediately began adding “additional required work” that soon equalled 1 Stop’s original one. When we decided to go with 1 Stop, they were prompt and efficient at setting up a next-day installation. Josh was professional and helpful, explaining the warranties and recommended services. There was no attempt to upsell us, just provide us with good service. Within about 2 hours of arrival, we had a new water heater up and running, no mess, no complications, at exactly the price originally quoted. Highly recommend this company, and we will probably turn to them for our plumbing needs from now on. It is refreshing to deal with real pros, from office personnel to the technicians in the field.

We just used 1 Stop Plumbing for our office in Arlington and the service was excellent! The plumber, Phil arrived less than an hour after my initial service request call. Phil also was able to fix the problem with our kitchen sink in less than an hour. I had previously called a few other plumbing services and 1 Stop had the best prices out of the bunch! I highly recommend.

1 Stop has handled my plumbing and air conditioner needs for the past 4 years for both my home and office. They have always been professional and fair. I have never had any issues or complaints. One of the owners Jon has always gone above and beyond on his hospitality and explanation of services to be done. They guys working for him are always professional and quick. I highly recommend this company.
