Could not have asked for a better experience. Called Monday morning, got estimate and on the schedule for Wednesday morning. Project Manager Edward kept me informed on what they were doing with pictures and videos of before, during, and after the repairs. The price was reasonable and as originally estimated. My roof was repaired by noon.

I worked with Freddy & Son’s Roofing sales rep Mike for several weeks, with the full expectation that they would be completing my roofing project. They are listed as a contractor for NACA, which made me feel confident moving forward. Mike provided me with two bids and assured me that his team would have availability to begin the job. Based on this, I committed to working with them in good faith and declined other contractors who were also willing to take on the project.
Immediately after I closed on my home, I informed Mike that I was ready to move forward and asked when his team could begin he told me they could no longer take on my project because they had other commercial jobs and would not have availability until next quarter. They are not willing to pull their team for a residential project.
This was extremely discouraging and frustrating. I lost weeks of time, turned away other contractors, and was left scrambling at the last minute despite being previously assured that a team was available and that the job could begin within a couple of weeks.
I was truly looking forward to working with this company because of their strong reviews, but this experience was highly disappointing and deeply inconvenient. I don’t believe companies should be actively bidding on jobs and giving firm expectations if they are not prepared to honor them.

I am very happy with the entire experience and value I received with Freddy & Son Roofing.
Silvia, in their office, was very friendly and scheduled Freddy to come out the very next day for the estimate. Freddy explained the higher quality materials they use compared to a competitor's quote (plywood vs particle board if needed for replacement pieces, more durable plastic ridge vent...). The crew arrived exactly on time and was finished by the early afternoon. I received many progress pictures throughout the day and the area was cleaned up very well. The crew were all very professional and courteous. Freddy inspected the completed job himself before accepting the final payment. I couldn't be more pleased!

Big shout out to Freddy and Sons Roofing LLC. Not only were they fantastic in helping us navigate the trials and tribulations of dealing with insurance companies these days, but also did a great job in fixing our roof, siding and gutters. Throughout this process their manner of communication was tremendous throughout the company. Big Kudos to Marc, Edward, Freddy Jr and Freddy Sr whom I have met the pleasure to deal with throughout this process.

Freddy and Son Roofing is a very professional company. My wife & I were very pleased with their work. Ricci Ngirakesau was outstanding in the customer service that he showed us.
