Within a year of having the new roof installed on our home, shingles started to fall off the house and we experienced other problems such as shingle discoloration. I had to have Woodbridge Roofing come out 3 times to reinstall fallen shingles. We also had a leak occur in our sunroom during the first year. I finally contracted the shingle manufacturer and had the roof inspected. I was informed that the problem was improper installation of shingles by Woodbridge Roofing. The manufacturer agreed to provide all of the materials without charge to have the work redone by a different company.
