For the past 8 years this company has serviced my HVAC system. I have not had any major problems. The technicians are always polite and answer any questions I have. This week I came home from Thanksgiving to find my heat not working. Several members of the Nichols and Phipps teamwork together to try to fix my system. I was impressed with their diligence. I'm thankful that I was a member of their comfort club. They address my new issues quickly and with dedication and knowledge.

I called when the heat went out in my house. I called Nick and Phillips who have been here previously and told them my situation and the woman who helped me was very kind and immediately booked a technician to come that day. The technician was great! He found the problem quickly and had to leave to get the part and returned shortly there after and fixed the problem in a short time.
I would recommend Nichols add Phipps for any plumbing heating and air conditioning issues.

Nichols and Phipps did an incredible job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo with PEX pipes. Fred made the whole process as stress-free as possible, and his team demonstrated true skill and professionalism in what was a complex job. Fred quoted me a fair price, especially given the difficulties of the work. Nichols and Phipps also replaced my water heater and completed some electrical work. I will plan to use them again for future jobs and highly recommend their services.
