Called for an emergency both full bathrooms on the third floor were backed up, toilets and tubs, 3-leveled townhome.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Michael! After having two other plumbers come out who couldn’t figure out the issue with our old sewage system, we were feeling very frustrated. But Michael was on a completely different level.
He took the time to really listen to the problem, and almost immediately knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it. His expertise and confidence were so reassuring. He resolved the issue quickly and efficiently — something the previous plumbers couldn’t do.

PRV valve replacement. Excellent communication through Thumbtack and estimate provided and honored. Similar prices to other plumbers. Technician William was on time and very polite and seemed to know what he was doing. Replaced the PRV which reduces city water pressure inside your home to avoid stress in pipes, faucets etc. till brothers had the pressure too high at 90 psi and that is why three of our new faucets in bathroom renovations and kitchen failed as caused cartridge damage. I just figured out after my PRV LEAKED and read up on it. Now we have home water pressure at 60psi. He also replaced two bathroom faucets for us. Total was about $937 .
I would recommend them for sure. The work is guaranteed for 12 months
