I had a pool of water in laundry room. Called Kinnett Plumbing (recommended by a friend) and they were willing to come that afternoon. Due to my work schedule I was not able to take that day. Scheduled for next day. Milton came early. Very pleasant gentleman to work with. Very knowledgeable. Gave me recommendations on this project and others. Made my house safe again. Diagnosed two problems and spent almost four hours with me. Did a beautiful job with the new water heater and drain. Would HIGHLY recommend this company. They gave me an estimate over the phone....which no other company would do! I will be using them on future projects...for sure!!

Extremely fast response; got an appointment for next day after I filled in online form. Text messages about who was coming, the time window, and when plumber was on way was appreciated. Dan did the work very quickly, explained and showed me how to test that everything was good. Also explained what needed to be done, and why, and the price beforehand so no surprises. I would definitely recommend Kinnett!

Just like our last experience with Kinnett a few years ago, everything went so smoothly. Dan did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable and personable! I sent them a message late at night for a leaking garbage disposal and they were at my house the next morning. Would definitely recommend others to use their services!

Dan Sharkey did an awesome job replacing my 17 year old pressure tank. Now I have great consistent water pressure throughout my house. Dan was very friendly and helpful!
