Probably one of the worst company I’ve dealt with for awhile. I understand the hustle but this company has no interest in serving customers. Our water heater has started to show signs of wear and issues overheating and tripping. In 5 years we’ve had it this is the only thing that’s ever happened. Service advisor came to diagnose but didn’t really do much of troubleshooting just made up his mind the second he got to our house and said, “I don’t do sales” I get paid no matter I sell or don’t sell since i get paid by the hour but I only have one real solution for you, replace the system. Grant it I already did research and have some idea what the issue is but I wanted some expert opinion. He didn’t even flinch said this is not the system to fix just a system to replace coz it’s not worth fixing. I already know replacement parts cost less than $170 if I’m willing to do the labor and replace the thermostat and/or elements but he insisted on replacing the whole system. I just wanted a fix to help us get by maybe 6-18 months because I don’t want to spend $3k-5k on a new water heater but that was the whole convo then he tried to sell me with filtration system when the call was to fix our water heater. I understand the hustle but still I can tell he doesn’t care about what customers want. Next day I found a plumber to do the work for me for $350. I had to pay them $49 but technically they didn’t really diagnose the issue they tried to sell me a replacement system. I won’t ever call this company again waste of time and $49.

Ferdows was the man of the hour and the moment! We had a pinhole leak in the main pipe that comes into our house from the well and of course it was creating a wet mess in the basement. I found it while cleaning and called My Plumber Plus for help. Two other local Plumbing Companies weren’t able to help me on a Sunday morning. I’d never used My Plumber Plus but they were willing to come out quick. I was skeptical but Ferdows had the knowledge and expertise to explain the options, provide the answers and complete the work. I’m so grateful for his professionalism, ability to explain the situation, and competence. I’ll request Ferdows again if I need a plumber.

👍👍Cristian Tobar of My Plumber Plus👍👍 diagnosed a leaky water drain for my washer, demoed three areas as possible access points from which to repair it, tested the washer with the leaking water drain and then with the new drain, and completed the work all within approximately 4 hours. So impressed that he is this good and made space for me on a very busy pre-snowstorm schedule. Best plumber ever even with a challenging job like this!✅

Geoff solved a very complicated plumbing issue in our house, as well as replaced the water heater and installed a filtration system. After seeking out advice about how to address an issue with our swear ejector pump, Geoff figured out a reasonable, efficient and cost effective solution. We finally have our basement plumbing running again. Geoff communicated and explained the nature and extent of this project. He kept his workspace neat and completed everything quickly.
