I had a hot water tank leak a few weeks ago and was afraid that by the time I got help my wood floors would be ruined. I called and they came right away. The job was a little tricky because of the old tank's size and placement but they resolved issues and got the job done. The service and work were excellent and I am very pleased with results. They were just back again for a pipe and toilet repair and I will definitely call them again in the future.

Reid, James, and their team have been great to work with. They've installed a Whole House Water Filter (a HomeMaster which I purchased online) and a Navien Tankless Water Heater in our home , both of which are working well. Plus they have provided hours of research and advice on the best solutions for our unique issues. Their knowledge and experience in the area of Water Filters and specifics about Water Heaters was invaluable, and they've definitely gone above the call of duty for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbers, especially if you need someone to navigate the complexities of water filtration.

Last year Reid installed a new heat pump water heater and new shutoff valve. Everything has worked flawlessly and looks really great! I called again for a leaky sink and he fixed the issue with ease. Always excellent service and take the extra time to explain everything and provide options. If there is a cheaper way or something doesn't need to be replaced he will let you know. They are very busy, but well worth the wait. Hopefully I won't have any other issues, but if I do, I will definitely call northern VA Plumbing!!
